It is a practical, science-backed, deeply personal course that begins with you, your nervous system, your self-blame, your history, and then moves gently and deliberately toward your child.

Because here is what the research tells us. A regulated parent raises a regulated child. And regulation is not a personality trait. It is a skill. And skills can be built.


What this course is:

Sixteen short modules delivered at your own pace. Each module contains a video you can watch in under ten minutes, a five minute activity you can do with your child today, a journalling prompt, a practical reset you can use immediately, and a printable worksheet.

What you will cover:

The first half of the course focuses entirely on you. Your nervous system, your self-blame, your growth mindset, your identity as a parent, and the internal work that makes everything else possible.

The second half moves into your child. Their developing nervous system, how movement builds their brain, what retained reflexes look like in everyday behaviour, how to create a daily rhythm that works, why family jobs regulate better than screens, and how to build a simple daily flow your whole family can thrive inside.

By the time you finish Module 16 you will have a completely different way of reading your child's behaviour, a handful of physical tools that take minutes and actually work, and enough evidence about yourself as a parent to start keeping a better record.


This course is for you if:

You are parenting a preschool-aged child and something feels harder than it should. You are stuck in your head and it is stopping you from being present. You have tried things before and nothing has stuck. You feel like you are failing more days than you are succeeding. You want something grounded in science that does not require you to be a perfect parent to use it.
