Let's Support Each Other
Play Move Improve® — Unplug and Move
Australia's first Allied Health
& Educator Registry
Thriving Kids is rolling out across Australia with full implementation expected by 2028. Early childhood services and community settings will need trained, capable workers — and the professionals who start building their capability now will be the ones services turn to first.
Thriving Kids implementation is underway. Build your professional profile now so you are ready when services in your area begin hiring.
This registry is an independent initiative by Play Move Improve® (Robyn Papworth) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government's Thriving Kids program. It has been created to support workforce readiness ahead of the program's rollout.
The problem
Allied health professionals like me can't be everywhere.
Thriving Kids is designed to embed support into everyday settings — kindergartens, schools, and community hubs. The people delivering it won't be registered allied health professionals. They'll be Allied Health Assistants, early childhood educators, and community health workers.
Most of them have never been trained in functional movement screening, primitive reflex integration, or how to identify vestibular dysregulation in a three-year-old. The workforce gap is real. This registry is how we start filling it.

The Play Move Improve® Pediatric Specialist Certificate
A comprehensive certification in functional screening, sensory regulation, neuro-affirming play, and motor integration — built specifically for educators and AHAs working in foundational support settings. The only training designed by a Developmental Educator and Exercise Physiologist with 13 years of lived experience in this exact space.
Pricing will be announced by 1 June 2026, following the release of the Victorian Thriving Kids implementation plan. Founding members will receive the lowest price this certificate will ever be offered at. That commitment is unconditional.
This certificate does not guarantee employment in Thriving Kids programs or access to Thriving Kids funding. It is independent professional development that builds genuine capability for working with children with developmental delay in everyday settings.
