Is Your Classroom Struggling with Focus, Behaviour, and Learning Readiness?
Transform your classroom with our research-backed Movement and Regulation Program. Address developmental gaps and create an environment where all students can thrive.
Watch Program Overview VideoThe Challenges Teachers Face Today
Students Can't Sit Still
Children struggle to remain seated for learning activities due to poor core strength and underdeveloped motor skills, leading to constant fidgeting and disruption.
Poor Self-Regulation
Impulsive behaviors like calling out and inability to wait their turn are increasing, with many children lacking the basic self-regulation skills needed for classroom learning.
Declining Fine Motor Skills
Handwriting skills are below expected levels, with many children struggling with pencil grip, letter formation, and basic writing tasks, impacting their ability to express ideas.
Teacher Burnout
Educators are spending up to 30-40% of instructional time managing disruptive behavior instead of teaching, leading to frustration, exhaustion, and questioning their effectiveness.
Growth Mindset Barriers
Students with developmental gaps often develop a fixed mindset about their abilities, believing they "can't do it" rather than embracing challenges as opportunities to grow.
Backed by Research: The Power of Movement for Learning
Improvement in concentration through regular movement breaks (International Journal of Educational Research, 2023)
Higher literacy achievement in children with strong fundamental movement skills (Thompson et al., 2021)
Enhanced handwriting skills in students participating in movement programs
Improvement in attention span through core strength development (Wilson & Smith, 2023)

Watch: Ready for Learning Program Explained
In this video, I walk you through the Ready for Learning program in detail, explaining how our movement-based approach addresses developmental gaps and prepares children for academic success.
What Teachers Are Saying
After implementing the Ready for Learning program, my classroom management time decreased by half. Students are more focused, transitions are smoother, and I'm actually able to teach again!
Year 2 Teacher, Sydney
The movement activities are so simple to implement yet incredibly effective. My students who struggled the most with sitting still now have strategies they can use independently. It's been transformative.

Prep Screening Program
As an Exercise Physiologist and Developmental Educator, I'm thrilled to announce our Prep Screening Program that's helping schools identify and support children's developmental needs early in their educational journey.
Our program uncovers crucial insights about your prep students' developmental readiness for learning, including:
- Primitive reflex integration affecting reading and writing
- Core strength impacting classroom focus and fine motor skills
- Visual tracking essential for literacy
- Balance and coordination development needed for spatial awareness out in the yard
- Bilateral integration needed for complex learning tasks and focus
How it works: One of our experienced early childhood teachers (mentored by me in Developmental Education) visits your school for a morning session. They'll observe your prep class/es and gather detailed data, which I personally analyse to provide comprehensive recommendations tailoured to your group.
Each screening takes just 30-40 minutes per class, minimising disruption to your school day.
Multiple classes: $470 per class for 3+ classes (inc. GST)
The best part? All recommendations can be seamlessly integrated into your existing daily routines, supporting both teachers and students without adding extra workload.
