A 5-hour workshop teaching our early childhood social, emotional, physical development; mindfulness; and self-regulation 3-part small group program.

Join us at our new Play Move Improve Centre for an intensive workshop designed to transform your afternoons. 

In this 5-hour session, we will show you exactly how to structure 45 minutes of your day to provide a powerful, evidence-based small group program that supports regulation, connection, and development.

Discover the three core components of this 45-minute program:

1. The Yarning Circle A dedicated space for fostering social and emotional development through connection and structured sharing.

2. The Movement Group Targeted activities designed to build essential gross motor and fine motor skills in a fun, regulating way.

3. The Relaxation Mat Finishing the session with mindfulness and self-regulation strategies to help children reset and find calm.

All participants receive the training manuals for each of the 3 core components, so you can implement the 45 minute daily routine straight away in term 1, 2026.

All participants also receive a private link to the live stream recording to view at a later time if needed.
