My circumstances have evolved, and I've made the decision to focus my personal expertise on areas where I can create the most impact - keynote presentations, conference workshops, complex case consultations, and strategic group sessions. This shift allows me to channel my passion and experience where they're most effective, while ensuring all clients continue to receive the high-quality support Play Move Improve is known for.
My ECT team members are not simply assistants - they are highly skilled early childhood professionals who have undergone extensive training in my methodology and receive ongoing supervision directly from me. They implement the same observation techniques, assessment protocols, and intervention strategies that I've developed throughout my career.
